Scope
These terms govern:

Kennel visit
The visit lasts approximately two hours. Its content may be adapted to the weather, the well-being of the dogs, safety conditions and the make-up of the group.
Price: EUR 40 per person, inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated before booking.
Maximum group size: 6 participants per time slot.
Payment is made on site until online payment is activated.
Contract formation
The customer chooses a date, a time slot and the number of participants, enters their contact details and accepts these terms.
The contract is concluded when the confirmation is displayed or sent to the email address provided. The customer must check this confirmation and report any error promptly.
Cancelling a visit
The customer may cancel free of charge using the link in the confirmation email up to 48 hours before the start of the visit.
In the event of late cancellation or no-show:
- if no payment has been collected, Qimmit Wild North may refuse further bookings that are repeatedly abusive;
- the cancellation and refund rules for online payment will be added before online payment is activated.
Qimmit Wild North may cancel or reschedule a visit because of the weather, a safety issue, the health or well-being of the dogs, insufficient participation or circumstances beyond its control.
Where Qimmit Wild North cancels a paid visit and no replacement is accepted by the customer, any amount paid for that visit is refunded.
Right of withdrawal
The visit is a leisure service provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Subject to mandatory applicable law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
The customer nevertheless has the contractual right to cancel described above.
Participation and safety
Participants must:
- follow the guide’s instructions;
- behave calmly and carefully around the dogs;
- wear suitable clothing and footwear;
- not take part under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- report, before the activity, any limitation that may affect their safety, without having to disclose an unnecessary medical diagnosis;
- supervise any minors for whom they are responsible.
Qimmit Wild North may refuse or stop a person’s participation where their behaviour, equipment or apparent condition creates a risk for themselves, other participants or the animals.
Minimum age: 12. Minors take part accompanied by a responsible adult for the whole visit.
Weather conditions
Activities take place outdoors in a natural environment. Cold, snow, wind, trail conditions and the behaviour of the animals may require changes to the schedule, route or content.
A reasonable change required for safety reasons does not necessarily amount to improper performance where the experience keeps its essential characteristics.
Liability
Qimmit Wild North is liable for its failures in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular for personal injury caused by fault.
Participants remain responsible for following instructions, for their personal belongings and for any damage caused by their own wrongful conduct.
Insurance
Customers are advised to hold insurance covering outdoor activities, accidents, medical expenses and repatriation.
This recommendation does not reduce the legal or insurance obligations of Qimmit Wild North.
Stay enquiries
The stay form is only a request for information or for an offer. It does not reserve a place and does not oblige either the person making the enquiry or Qimmit Wild North to enter into a contract.
A stay becomes contractual only after:
- the applicable pre-contractual information has been provided;
- a binding offer has been sent;
- the offer and the travel conditions have been expressly accepted;
- and, where applicable, the agreed deposit has been paid.
The specific conditions will in particular set out the programme, dates, nights, meals, transfers, total price, deposit, balance, insurance, minimum number of participants and cancellation conditions.
Complaints
Any problem should be reported promptly so that Qimmit Wild North can put it right.
Complaints: [email protected].
If no amicable solution is found, consumers may contact the Finnish consumer advisory services, the Consumer Disputes Board or the relevant European Consumer Centre.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
This choice does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections granted to them by the law of their country of residence where those rules apply. The competent courts are determined in accordance with mandatory Finnish and European rules.
