During the visit, we tell you about their history, their character, their way of life and their traditional role among the peoples of the Far North. You also see our daily work with them: their training, their feeding and the care they need to stay well.
Above all, the visit is a time to meet and talk. You spend time with the dogs, watch how they behave, get to know their personalities and ask all your questions about this northern breed, still very rare today.
We also explain what we do to help preserve the Qimmiq, and how we want to introduce people to the breed in a way that is respectful, authentic and close to the dogs.
Depending on conditions, the visit may also let you watch moments of their daily routine or their training.
