The Qimmit Wild North winter stay is a chance to experience northern Finland through its snowy landscapes, its winter activities and time spent with our northern dogs. It is limited to four participants, so the experience stays exclusive and personal, with room to adapt.

At Qimmit Wild North, we favour small groups and a friendly atmosphere, far from mass-produced tourist programmes.

The programme
Depending on the weather, the snow and conditions at the time, the programme may include
- dog-sled outings
- snowmobile trips
- ice fishing
- a day of skiing at Ruka
- a snowshoe walk
- cross-country skiing
- a visit to a reindeer farm
- walks in the Finnish forests
- time around the fire
- watching the northern sky and, with a little luck, the northern lights
The programme is deliberately flexible, depending on the weather, the snow, the well-being of the dogs and safety conditions.
Accommodation and meals
You stay at Qimmit Wild North itself, in a bedroom set aside for you, with access to the shared spaces of the house. Accommodation and meals are included.
Transport
Transfers from Kuusamo airport are included. Pick-up from Rovaniemi airport is possible for an extra €50 per person. Flights are not included.
Price and booking
from €1,499 per person. A 30% deposit is requested on booking, with the balance due no later than 30 days before arrival. The detailed terms (payment by bank transfer, cancellation) are sent with the offer.
